By accessing or using the AG Executive Recovery Firm, LLC (“AERF”) website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Description of Services

AERF assists individuals and businesses in identifying and recovering unclaimed surplus funds from foreclosure proceedings, tax sales, and other legal processes. We connect claimants with attorney partners who handle the legal aspects of recovery. AERF is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

Using AERF’s website or services does not create an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship is established only when you sign a formal engagement agreement with one of our partner attorneys. AERF does not practice law and is not a substitute for legal counsel.

Fees and Payment

AERF charges a contingency fee based on the funds recovered on your behalf. Fees are disclosed in your service agreement before any recovery work begins. There are no upfront costs for our evaluation services. If no funds are recovered, you owe nothing.

User Obligations

You agree to: provide accurate and truthful information, cooperate with AERF and partner attorneys in the recovery process, notify us promptly of any changes to your contact information, and not use our services for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AERF or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

AERF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to AERF in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our fund checker or case evaluations will identify all recoverable funds or that recovery outcomes are guaranteed.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in the state of Texas. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to class action.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
